Description | Brain Powered Games combines Michigan State University's expertise in game design and audience research with cognitive psychology to create a cognitive exercise platform designed specifically for individuals aged 45 to 65. A key premise is that engaging, interesting games will naturally result in more frequent play than boring physical therapy exercises. Brain Powered Games includes a suite of four games, each targeting different cognitive domains, including Sokoban (an executive processing, or strategic planning game), Keep It In Mind (a working memory game), PhotoFlaw (a visuospatial processing game), and Headline Clues (a verbal and semantic processing or word game). |
